PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Revera Devco Ltd. is proposing to construct a 128-bed long term care home (“The Village Seniors’ Community”) in Hanover, Ontario. The
site is located at 101 7th Avenue, Hanover, Ontario. The new LTC home will be constructed on a 5.53 acre greenfield site in a single phase.
2. Dover Cliffs 128-Bed Long Term Care Home Project Port Dover
Revera Devco Ltd. is proposing to construct a 128-bed long-term care home (“Dover Cliffs”) in Port Dover, Ontario. The site is located at
Barrett Court, Port Dover, Ontario. The new LTC home will be constructed on a 5.66-acre greenfield site in a single phase. The Dover
Cliffs long-term care project is two storeys combustible with a partial basement, totaling 7,037 m2, accommodating 128 beds in 4
Resident Home Areas (RHAs) with amenity spaces.
